Types of Data Collected

Personal Data you give us (contact form)

When You send Us a message through the contact form, We collect the information You enter:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Subject and message
  • Date of your event (optional)

We use this information only to reply to You, to quote and plan Your event, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. You can also contact Us directly by email or phone instead of using the form.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit and other diagnostic data. It is processed by our hosting provider to deliver the Website, keep it secure and prevent abuse. When You submit the contact form, Your IP address is passed to our spam-protection service and included in the message We receive, to help Us detect abuse.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website itself does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and We do not use tracking pixels. Some features load content from third parties that may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies under their own policies:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the contact form) processes limited browser and device signals to tell people from bots. It is not used for advertising.
  • YouTube (the homepage background video) is embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
  • Google Maps (the map on the Contact page) is embedded from Google.

You can instruct Your browser to refuse cookies. The Website will still work, though the embedded video or map may not load.

Service Providers and Where Your Data Is Processed

We use the following Service Providers to run the Website and handle Your messages:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts and delivers the Website, provides security and spam protection (Turnstile), and runs the small server function that receives the contact form. Your form submission and Usage Data are processed on Cloudflare's global network, which includes servers in the United States and other countries.
  • Our transactional email provider (currently Resend, United States) forwards each contact form submission to our inbox.
  • Google LLC (United States) provides our business email (Google Workspace), where messages are stored, and the embedded YouTube video and Google Map.

These providers process Personal Data on Our behalf and under their own privacy and security commitments. Because they operate outside Canada, Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries, where it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under local law. By using the contact form You acknowledge this transfer.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Contact form messages are kept in our email system for as long as needed to respond to You, provide our services and keep business records required by law.
